I'm trying to identify this document, which I believe relates to my grandfather Hans Sielmann's travel from Germany to the U.S.

3/12/2016 2:36 PM In German speaking countries people are registered with the town hall in regards to where they live. This is an "Abmeldung", a notice of departure.

It basically says that Hans Sielmann was a married radiologist.

He was born March 15th, 1894 ins Niederwerrn which belongs to the area "Schweinfurt". He was German.

Lived until his departure in the Wiedenmayerstrasse 37 on the 3rd floor. It was his apartment and not rented.

Then it says that his new address would be in Kansas City in the US.
