This is the back of a mounted photograph that was taken in my 3rd great-grandparents shtetl in the Ukraine. Can you translate the writing?

I'm not sure if it's Russian, or not

Thank you in advance.

3/23/2015 5:01 AM Yes this is Russian, it all concerns the photographic studio, which, as usually at those dates, gave on the back of the photograph plenty of indications about its location, craft, etc..
So we read, from upside down

Photography (photographic studio)
of : A.S.Kordonskiy
The studio has a special workshop for the enlargement of portraits to natural size
adress : Monastirszcze, Governorate of Kiev
We keep the negatives [for possible further reproduction]

I cannot read the inscription under the medals, which may be either the address of the printer, or the mention of the exhibitions in which those medals were awarded
