Can you decipher the maiden name of the deceased's mother on this death certificate? It looks kind of like "Silver" but the "S" is written differently elsewhere. The family lived in Ukraine, possibly in Medzibozh.

On  Response 
3/2/2011 4:36 PM I would discount the S comparison. There is more than one handwriting on the form (Compare the C in Cardiac to the C in Cherry) It seems to be Silver because it doesn't seem to be anything else.
