The language is either Russian or Romanian or both. I would like an extact translation of the handwritten text and the stamped circle. The reverse side is a photo (possibly in military uniform) of Samuel/Simon K. Brauffman, from Bessarabia who later moved to Odessa.

5/16/2014 11:57 AM The stamp says the photographer was in the town of Edintsy, Bes(sarabia) Gub(erniya). According to the Jewish Gen Communities Database, this was in Khotin uezd (district). The town is currently in Moldova and called Edineƫ.
