I have been trying to trace my family back to Poland/Russia and the only document I can find that may help is this Marriage Certificate between Israel Smith and Annie Sugarman. I'm Hoping that the Reside In gives the name of the town where Israel was born.
If not is there anywhere on the document that gives this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Date of marriage: Sivan 1, 5646
Groom Israel son of Mordechay
Brothers Meir
I think "reside in" refers to the brothers (because groom's address is mention above) I can't decipher the writing

Bride Chana daughter of Moshe
