5/14/2014 4:00 AM It came to pass in Warsaw on the third day of May in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty at the hour of six in the afternoon. Before me, a Civil Registrar for Non-Christian Confession of Precinct Four, personally appeared Orthodox Jew Chaim Lokiec, the jeweler twenty-eight years of age residing at number one thousand one hundred and three, in the presence of witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Szlama Hochglobe, the watchmaker thirty-five years of age residing at number twenty-five, and Mordka Samter, the teacher twenty-eight years of age residing at number one thousand four hundred and seven, both of them residing here in Warsaw, and showed us a baby of sex male who had been born on the twenty-eighth day of April of the current year at the hour of six in the morning at number one thousand one hundred and three, lawfully begotten of him and of his spouse Chai nee Kon, twenty-eight years of age, to whom the name had been given Iciek. The actual act was read aloud to the apearer and the witnesses and subsequently signed by myself and the appearers.
