Someone has translated the document for me. It is written on the back of a picture. We want to know who this person is.
Translation is: : with the occasion of my birthday - 15-Feb -1948 as a memory of our (?????) Esveigh(?)
for my beloved nephews Nicu and Ediht
At the bottom are 2 words - the left cannot make it, the right Germanie?

5/14/2014 2:46 AM It seem to be romanian language. (It seems that your translation does not match. Probably you invert documents) At the bottom could be a date (feb 16, 1948) and a town (Germon). The are a few towns named German or Gherman in Romania. see on http://www.jewishgen.org/Communities/LocTown.asp
