5/8/2014 4:41 AM As far as I can decipher the handwriting, the significant details are:

Certificate no. 462

Chaprak Abraham

City of Mendoza, Republic of Argentina

2 May 1937

Informant: Bolisario (?) Celestino (?) Ficnet (?), 23 years of age, Argentinian, unmarried, salesman, of this city, presented a doctor's certificate confirming the death of:

Abraham Chaprak, 41 years of age, Polish, born in Warsaw, unmarried, jeweller, living in this City in Las Heras Street number 109, son of José Chaprak and Cosfria (?) Dombroska, both Polish.

The death occurred yesterday in the Carlos Padre (?) Hospital in this city, at 1:40, of pulmonary tuberculosis.

The handwriting presents a number of features I've not come across before, and some of the names are not clear to me.
5/8/2014 7:53 AM Update: I can now see that Abraham's mother's name is written here as 'Sofia'.
5/8/2014 9:06 AM The death occurred on the 1st of May, and was registered on the 2nd.
"el fallecimiento ha tenido lugar ... ayer" where "ayer" means yesterday.
5/8/2014 1:43 PM Maybe you can contact http://www.trabajo.mendoza.gov.ar/index.php/tramites/registro-civil and ask for a printed certificate. Good luck!
5/8/2014 4:43 PM I confirm the translation offered above. And, yes, the handwriting is weird, even for the time and place. Note that there is no CZ sound in Spanish; CH would be the closest thing.
