I believe this is a birth certificate for Uscher and his twin sister Terza in 1892. Parents are Freida Gleich and Chaim Hemerling, and grandparents names (parents of Freida) would be Isaak and Rifka Gleich. What does Zbadyn mean? Is that the name of the town? I think the town is Kuttenberg. What does Wirstsjaus mean? I need help translating all columns. Thank you in advance!

5/11/2014 5:41 PM Wirtshaus is an inn. First box: born 30 August 1892 in Zlatyn and Kuttenberg (may be a "suburb" or village in the vicinty of Kuttenberg)
second box is circumcision and/or naming dates and places, in this case, uscher was circed at the inn where he was born on Sept. 6th and Terza was named in Jaworow on 5 Dept. 1892
Uscher-male, Terza female,
illegitimate
father not listed
mother Freida Gleich, single, daughter of Izaak and Rifka Gleich of Zbadym et Kuttenberg,[illegible occupation] of same village
witnesses Moses Horshowski, sandek (godfather) merchant of Zbadym and Jakob Szpritzer [occupation not legible], same village
Mohel-Moses Horshowski, Midwife Marya Stahl and T. Hay

Terza died on 11 Oct 1892
5/12/2014 8:59 AM Isaak (not Izaak) Gleich was "Propinationspächter" = lessee of a liquor license.
Kuttenberg was part of Zbadyn parish, today's Moloshi, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine, near Jaworow/Yavoriv. Not to be confused with Kuttenberg (Kutna Hora) in Bohemia.
