This is the death record for my great great great great grandmother Zelda Mosiac. I am hoping for a translation that tells me about her and hopefully her maiden name. Thanks!

On  Response
5/13/2014 8:09 AM It came to pass in Przasnysz on the twenty-eighth day of April in the year of one thousand eight hundred and thirty at the hour of eight in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Lewin Aryasz, the baker sixty-four years of age, and Leyba Dawid Rembielinkier, the flour-dealer fifty-seven years of age, both of them residing here, and jointly declared that Zelda Mosiadz the daughter of Mosiek and wife of Jankies, the day labourer fifty years of age residing in Debiny, the daughter of Mosiek the son of Izrael and Fredla the daughter of Froim, a married couple not alive anymore since a long time ago, had deceased on the twenty-sixth day of the current month at the hour of six in the morning leaving behind her widowed husband Jankies Mosiadz the son of Maier and her three children, namely Uszer, being major and residing in Satrzaska*, as well as Beynys and Fredla, both of them being minors residing in Debiny. I, the undersigned, with my own eyes, ascertained the death of Zelda the wife of Jankies. The actual act was read aloud to the appearers, both of whom were acquaintances of the deceased, and subsequently signed by Lewin Aryasz and Leyba Dawid.

The following is supposed to denote Lewin Aryasz (signed)
The following is supposed to denote Leyb Dawid Rembielnikier (signed)

NOTES: *Being that the script is not very legible, the name of this place needs to be verified against any further evidence when/if available.
