This is the most striking of some 200 feldpost foto cards in our family archives. It appears to pre-date WW 1. There is a line of text above the image that may help interpret this photo and letter. Translation and historical interpretation are needed. Jenni Mai was born 1892.

"Ein(?) Vorrats(?)gesch├╝tz bei(?) unserer Kolonne und ... ... Zug."
