There is too much info to translate the whole thing, I think, but what is this document and what does it say ( the parts you can read )?

11/20/2013 3:53 PM The central image is the ten commandments (showing the first word or two of each) surrounded by twelve circles with the names of the twelve tribes.

Under that is a paragraph which i think is a circumcision certificate.

left: verses from the Bible.
