This is the 1840 marriage record of Freyda Gusia Golombek and Mejer Sapika. I would appreciate the extraction of as much information as possible that may help in my Golombek research.

10/7/2013 8:28 AM All this occured in the Town of Lomza on the first day of December in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty at the hour of three in the afternoon. We hereby make known that in the presence of witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Szmul Sendrowicz Choyka, sixty-two years of age, and Mejer Chaimowicz Niemowicz, forty-four years of age, the szkolniks residing in Lomza, neither of them being a relative of the undermentioned Orthodox Jew Mejer Dawidowicz Sapika, religious marriage was entered into today by

a bachelor Mejer Dawidowicz Sapika, the begotten son of the Sapikas, namely Dawid and Ruchla nee Kiwowicz the daughter of Josek, native of and residing with his parents in the Town of Kolno, nineteen years of age,

and a maiden bearing two names, namely Freyda Gusia Golabek the daughter of Ayzyk, the begotten daughter of the Golabeks, namely Ayzyk and Chayka nee Szmuglowicz, native of and residing with her parents in the Village of Pniewo, sixteen years of age,

following triple proclamation of banns in Kolno and Lomza Synagogue held on the fourteenth, the twenty-first and the twenty-eighth day of November of the current year and verbal consent to marriage granted by parents of the newlyweds, all of them witnessing the actual marriage certificate. No marriage impeding occurred. The newlyweds hereby declare they did not sign any premarital agreement. The actual certificate was read aloud to the appeared and the witnesses and subsequently signed.
