10/3/2013 8:04 AM Before me, Maciej Szymanski, Radomsko Town Councillor acting as Civil Registrar of Radomsko Commune located in Radomsko County in Kalisz Voiveodeship on this, the thirteenth day of August in the year of one thousand eight hundred and twenty at the hour of five in the afternoon personally appeared Orthodox Jew Joel Pacanowski, a trader thirty-two years of age specialized in textiles, residing in the Town of Radomsko, and showed us a female baby who had been born the day before at the hour of six in the morning in his flat located in the house at number four hundred and eighty-nine declaring she was the begotten daughter of him and his spouse, an Orthodox Jew Rayzla the daughter of Beniamin, twenty-four years of age, whom he wished to name Sara. As soon as the above declaration was made and the baby was shown to us in the presence of Jakob Karpus, a master tailor forty-five years of age residing in the Town of Radomsko, and Haskiel Lichtensztayn, a trader specialized in broadcloth, thirty-four years of age, residing in this town as well, the actual birth certificate was signed by the father, both aforementioned witnesses and myself, after it was read by all of them.
