This is the spelling I find above: Beilozerkow, Russia. If you type this into the JewishGen Town Finder, several possible towns and spellings will show up. (For the moment, don't worry about spelling.)
You might start with these to see if any of them coincide with other information you may have. Good luck....Jo
8/9/2013 11:27 AM This looks like Belaya Tserkov (spelling from Cohen's "Shtetl Finder", about 50 miles south of Kiev. So, the two towns you asked about in your post are probably fairly close.I believe it is the largest city in Kiev oblast.
