Dear Mama !
I thank you for the long letter. When do you go to your home and where? Please do write me that once. I do not need Schlangetten?, but do need Baxin?. Today it is 4 degree cold, it is snowing during the whole day. I may hear te radio, especially on Sunday morning. Every day I play 66 and flute or I am with Bernt and Birgit. Please write me soon. Mrs Kahn does not know German. Here in school it is very beautiful, the teacher always says when I read that I can read. The teacher however does no know German and I also understand her many times. I have found the (??) cap, it was in a bag. A Swedish friend I also have. Paul and wife Hahn and Mr teacher Marc did write me . Ar Eschang? I always think. Please try that you can take the Olympiatree with you. You do not need to worry ...
8/5/2013 3:23 AM note: As it is a child it is not yet very sure in correct writing. Some words are more written like the phonetics.

When do you move from your flat and to where [will you move]?

I do not need Selarghetton, but I do need Laxin. [sounds like medicine; Laxin is a laxative]

The teacher however does no know German and I do not understand her, but I understand her sometimes.

I have found the “cap for hairdo” (Frisierhaube) [that was a thin cap, used by women to put it over their hair while they had curlers in the hair], it was in a bag.

A Swedish friend I have found: Paul; and Mrs. Hahn and the teacher Mr Marx did write me.

I still think at [Tschäng?]

Please try that you can take the olympia-album with you.
