I'd be grateful for as complete a translation as possible - of the handwritten inscription as well as the photographer's printed information.

8/6/2013 8:56 AM The printed text is identical as in case of other photograph (which I already translated).

The handwritten inscription reads: "To beloved uncle and aunt this image is dedicated by loving and affected niece and cousin Roza". The handwritten line at the bottom of the picture reads "in year 1909".

The word "siostrzenica" which I translated as "niece" means actually only sister's daughter. Therefore, Roza's mother was either a sister of the aunt or the uncle mentioned. The word "wujostwo" which I translated as "uncle and aunt" means actually uncle ("wujek") and his wife.

Nowadays "wujek" means an uncle, but at the time when the photo was taken it meant only brother of one's mother (or, I suppose, husband of one's aunt). Brother of one's father would be called "stryjek" instead.
