I'd be grateful for as complete a translation as possible - of the handwritten inscription as well as the photographer's printed information.

8/1/2013 8:35 AM The handwritten part says "W dowód szczerości poświęcam niniejszy wizerunek - Józef" which I would translate roughly as "I sacrifice this image [of mine] as a proof of [my] sincerity - Józef [Joseph in English]". The text in Polish sounds to me probably as odd as the English translation to you.

The printed text says "[Studio of] Artistic Photography 'Moderne' owned by Julian Domb, in Płock, Tumska Str., [in] house [owned by] Mr Lewenstein. The bad weather makes no difference to the photos". I assume that the last phrase meant that the photos would be taken regardless the weather.
