On  Response
8/8/2013 7:22 AM Linda,
As no one else appears to have responded, I'll give you my best effort, which is missing some words. This is a card with a greeting for the Jewish New Year including the traditional phrase, K'sivah ve'chasimah tovah.."

"I send greetings from. --------- -------- to my dear brother Chaim and his wife and little children, "may you be sinned and sealed (in the book of life)". A good and healthy year, with much good fortune,
With true good wishes,
Joseph Fischlov"

Good luck
Jack
