On  Response
7/12/2013 1:53 AM Left-hand side: best wishes for the new year sent by Yosef Fishelev to his dear mother and brother Benjamin.

Right-hand side: asks his brother to write because he hasn't received any news the whole summer.
Signature in different handwriting: Yosef Fishelev.

(People who were not very literate -and there were many in the poverty-stricken Jewish shtetls- used to ask somebody else to write letters for them. This might be such a case).
