6/27/2013 7:26 AM This is Russian, not Polish. From what I can read it means "For a memory to uncle and aunt and [???? - I cannot read these two words] from Moysey Gofman - Shepetovka, 8 January 1933".

"Gofman" could be phonetical spelling of the surname Hoffman. Moysey is Russian version of Moshe.
