6/26/2013 10:47 PM First, Perhaps there has been an error in that you say his name is Aron. The way the name is written both here and in the marriage record, there are 3 Hebrew letters and the last "symbol" is not a final letter of Nun, but is rather a mark to indicate that a final letter of Heh is missing. When names have the last two letters of Heh and Yod, it was often the case that they were written this way, because those 2 letters are the name of G-d. (Notice, I don't even write a complete name.) So his Herbew name is Aryeh (meaning Lion). He may have had a secular name of Aron, but maybe not.

Anyway, the son is Yerachmiel, from Sela Blagaslavensva, Suwalker Gubernia, (son of) Aryeh son of David Prensky and his wife, Rashe daughter of Zisel. He was born on the 23rd of Nisan (7 April in that Gregorian? Calendar; 20 April in our calendar). The other dates are no doubt when he was circumcised.
Best,
Madeleine
