12/16/2013 7:56 AM It came to pass in the Town of Opoczno on the twenty-fourth day of February in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty at the hour of nine in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Mojzesz Szymcha Alfus, the Rabbi of Opoczno Synagogue, together with Orthodox Jew Lejbus Boczmak, the bachelor twenty years of age, the son of Abram Jakub and Masia nee Siek, the Boczmaks, a married couple, living off his parents the tailors, residing and staying in the Town of Opoczno, and Rochla Herszkowicz, the maiden nineteen years of age, the daughter of Michel and Sura Laj, the Herszkowiczes, a married couple, staying here in Opoczno with her parents the tanners, in the presence of witnesses Lejbus Rozenblum, forty-eight years of age, and Szmul Wax, forty-four years of age, both of them szkolniks residing here in Opoczno, and declared before us that the religious marriage had been entered into before him the day before at the hour of nine at night by the bachelor Lejbus Boczmak and the maiden Rochla Herszkowicz following triple proclamation of banns in a local synagogue during the public services, namely on the fourth, the eleventh and the eighteenth day of February of the current year, and no impediments to marriage had occurred and the newlyweds had not signed any premarital agreement, after which the actual certificate was read aloud to the appeared and signed by the very same.
