Family Surname: Possibly Koltonski or Izralowicz family
Country: Poland
Date of Image: 1900 - 1915 ?

This was in my great grandmother's photo album. Monya nee Izralowicz (born Szczekociny, Poland 1894, died Cleveland, Ohio 1981). Her husband was Meyer "Max" (Koltonski) "Kolt" (born Jedrzejow, Poland, 1889, died Cleveland, Ohio 1951).

I was hoping someone might recognize this man or shed some light on it. It is a postcard format with standard info on the reverse printed in English, except for "VITAVA" printed around "place stamp here". (Anyone know what this may mean or where it could have been taken?)

Additional family names from Poland were: Wajntrob, Weinfeld, Dembowski and Abramovitch. There are also Lenchner and Eichler family in Canada...

Thank you,
Karen Katz Wyman

4/29/2013 7:12 AM Hi Karen,

This is an unrelated question to your photo post, but I was wondering if we may be related. By any chance are you related to Joseph(1867-1941) & Matilda Katz(1868-1928) - children: Frieda Yellon, Wilbert, Isadore and Samuel? All lived in Cleveland, Ohio

Sincerely,

Josh Yellon
