This is a postcard sent by Solomon Bachshansky from Siberia in 1933 to relatives in the U.S. On the front was a photo of his daughter. My friend, a great-nephew of Solomon, would like to know what the card says.

4/22/2013 1:34 AM Note that this was written by two people -- the part above the wavy line by Esther (the girl in the photo), and the part below the wavy line by one of her (unnamed) parents.

Above the wavy line:
As an eternal memory
My dear (but) unknown
uncle and aunt with
the dear cousins --
Esther.

Below the wavy line:
The picture is of our eldest daughter Esther.
