This picture is the obverse of the postcard sent by Jacob Isak Sicherman on 25 Sept. 1917, also posted on ViewMate. It has been submitted in the hope that a volunteer can read the faint messages.

I am unable to decipher the writing, however the printed two words are Kassa Megyehaza. The translation of that is the County House. A better translation is that this is the building which houses the County records and dealings for Kassa....Jo
