4/2/2013 11:30 AM The picture on the left is a waiting room in a "Jewish Pavilion." The one on the right is a dining room, but the article doesn't discuss anything about eating arrangements. It is a continuing discussion of how to avoid epidemic diseases and how to maintain civil control of immigration.
