On  Response
4/27/2013 2:13 PM I am sorry but I do not know Russian. I can translate the Hebrew for you, though:

"The man Moshe (Moses) was very humble, a servant of God,he feared God, all his life he was busy with God's Torah (Bible). Our teacher the prominent elderly Rabbi Moshe son of our teacher rabbi Issachar-Ber. Passed away on Lag B'Omer in the year 5591. May his soul be bound in the book of Life."

(Lag B'Omer is the 33 day of the counting of the 7 weeks between between Passover and Shavuot. It is a happy holiday.)By coincidence, tonight and tomorrow(Sunday) is this year's holiday of Lag B'Omer. It has been exactly 182 years since his death, according to the Jewish calendar. The corresponding civil date for this man's death is May 1 1831
I hope this helps you.
