4/8/2013 8:18 AM All this took place in the Town of Przedborz on the seventh day of July in the year of one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight at the hour of nine before noon. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Szaia Maiorowicz Weldfreid, the local Rabbi, accompanied by

Beniamin Rozenthal, the bachelor residing in the Town of Opoczno, staying with his parents, nineteen years of age, as evidenced by birth affidavit issued by the Mayor of Przedborz on the thirtieth day of December of last year and submitted herewith, native of the Town of Wlodawa, the begotten son of a married couple, the Rozenthals, i.e. Haim and Hai, the day labourers residing in Opoczno,

as well as Faygla Kaliski, the maiden nineteen years of age, as evidenced by birth affidavit issued by the local mayor on the twenty-eighth day of December of last year and submitted herewith, the begotten daughter of a married couple, the Kaliskis, i.e. Nusen and Tauba nee Moskowicz, both of them residing here in Przedborz, staying with her parents,

and declared in the presence of Haim Rozenthal, the father of Beniamin Rozenthal and Nusen Kaliski, the father of Faygla Kaliski, as well as in the presence of witnesses, i.e. Jakob Rozenmeer, the szkolnik of the local synagogue forty-eight years of age and Mosiek Goldbuch, the grain trader forty-nine years of age, both of them residing here,

that the religious marriage had been entered into before him the day before by Beniamin Rozenthal and Faygla Kaliski following

triple proclamation of banns in the Town of Opoczno and in our town, i.e. on the thirty-first day of May, the seventh and the fourteenth day of June of the current year in Opoczno, as evidenced by certificate issued by the Rabbi of Opoczno and submitted herewith, and the thirty-first day of May, the seventh and the fourteenth day of June of the current year in our town, as evidenced by certificate issued by the local Rabbi on the fifteenth day of June of the current year and submitted herewith,

and verbal consent to marriage granted by Haim Rozenthal and Nusen Kaliski, the fathers of the newly-weds, present here,

and no impediments to marriage had occurred.

At last the newly-weds declared they had not signed any premarital agreement.

The above certificate was read aloud to the appeared and signed by all of them.
