I would appreciate a reading/translation of as much of the handwritten data in this Ketubbah as possible --- names, places, dates, etc.

On  Response
3/10/2013 5:07 PM This is a standard ketuba. Things that will help you:
On Sunday, 5 days to the month of Cheshvan, the year 5675 in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Yaakov son of Reb Mordechai Ben-Tzion married Chaya Miriam daughter of Reb (looks like Ykuchiel? Not a common name, though) got married.

Witnesses were Yitzchak Vachosh and Avraham Friedman
3/11/2013 4:52 AM The bride's father's name appears in two places in the document, and looks like Yekutiel written with the wrong "k".

Best regards,
Wwitold Wrzosinski
