Antwerp is situated in a Dutch speaking area. If you search the street name “Longue Rue d’Argile”, use its Dutch equivalent “Lange Leemstraaat”.

Goldingen (German name) is now Kuldiga in Latvia. In the 19th century until WWI, Courland was part of the Russian Empire.
