Would love translation of this postcard with image of Blankenese, Germany. Written to my grandfather Jeno who was apprenticing in Vienna, from his sister Regina. Both from Szatmar. Thank you!

3/7/2013 9:38 PM Dear Jenö [Eugene],
Letting you know that we've safely gotten this far. We get on the ship today, Wednesday the 8th. I don't know yet what the doctor will say, because he only examines at boarding on the ship, but I hope there will not be any trouble. My respects to lady Mrs. Locharcz.
Love, your little brother Ignátz. My respects to everyone.

[Upside down:] My respects to all your good friends, and kisses to you, your loving sibling Regina.
