I am researching the Levenspiel family and need this document to confirm which line he/she is from and anything else it might reveal.

Other birth records from this line were in Russian so I'm not sure Polish is the language.

Left column: "#9 Lovenshpil Roochlya."

Right (large) column:
"Happened in the town of Otashov (?) on January 22 (February 3) 1889 at 9 AM. Came to us Lovenshpil Zelman Yosek, shoemaker, 30 yers old, living in Otashov, and at presence of the witnesses Yankel Zaidperl (?), singogue caretaker, 30 years old, and Shlyama Tzvaitbaum (?), {profession unreadable}, 56 years old, both living in Otashov, showed us a female baby declaring that it was born on January 5 (17) 1886 at 7 PM by his legal wife Esther Gitlya nee Shtrommat 30 yers old. The baby was named Roochlya.
This record was signed by those present.
