Can anyone translate the Hebrew headline on the newspaper the girl is holding? Thanks!

The first is "Worker"
The second I can't understand
The third is "School"

Yes, it is written in Yiddish, and it says: Arbiter Ring Shul/School. If I remember correctly, this was a group callled the Workmen's Circle. This headline was probably advertising an activitiy for the children.

There was a very active Workmen's Circle group in Boyle Heights section of Los Angeles, CA during the 1940s....
2/26/2013 10:00 AM Workman's Circle is still active today. We have a branch here in New York. I'm not sure if they still run a school for children, but they do give adult education courses in the Yiddish language.
