This is written on the back of a photo in my aunt's album. I don't know who the man is. Translation might help. Thanks

On  Response
2/21/2013 3:41 AM It reads:
"I offer this image of mine to my favourite [female] cousin Hela.
Mosze [???]
Działoszyce, 15th of June"

Działoszyce is a name of a town, near Miechów, currently in the voivodeship of Kielce, Poland.

I cannot read the year - there is a character after "15 VI", but it is too small to decipher. Probably the year was not written at all.

I am not sure if the name of the person is Mosze (Moshe), but this is most probable version. What is written there could also be read as "Moszic", but that would be contrary to Polish spelling, and I am not aware of any male name like that. Other possibility is "Moszle", but I am also not aware of such name to exist.
