Top half of a ketubah. Not sure if the language is Hebrew or Yiddish. Can you find the names of the happy couple?

2/20/2013 11:40 PM The printed text is in Aramaic.
The groom: Binyamin (i.e. Benjamin) son of Avraham Saylmas
The bride: Rivka (i.e.Rebecca) daughter of Israel Rosenberg.

The bride was a widow.
There's a word I don't recognize before the groom's name.

The date was Sunday, the 15th of Sivan, 5695, the place was Brooklyn.
2/21/2013 3:51 PM The date corresponds to June 16, 1935.
The groom's surname is Sinmus. I looked up the Kings County marriage index on Italiangen.org for bride Rebecca Rosenberg on that date to confirm the groom's surname.

I agree: the grooms name does indeed have an "n" to end the first syllable.
