2/18/2013 6:38 AM The inscription is in Russian with spelling prior to 1918 reform.

'Beshechka, this like [?] niadela [can't guess the meaning of this word] at the wedding of my elder daughter, and the second [woman] is wife of our Shik.
2/18/2013 11:51 AM Belochka, it is how (I) looked like at...
2/19/2013 11:13 AM I'm thinking the first word is a name, perhaps "Betochka"? and the word at the beginning of the second line is the role she had in the wedding - but I don't know those terms in old (or even current) Russian.

Беточка?? же?? какъ
??? на свадьбе
моей старшей дочери
а вторая жена
нашего Шика

I have a query out, will let you know.
2/20/2013 1:40 PM Latest and best guess:
Бетечка это как
глядѣла на свадьбѣ
моей старшей дочери
а вторая жена
нашего Шика

"Betechka, this is how
I looked at the wedding
of my eldest daughter
and the other [woman] is the wife
of our Shik"

Old characters plus scrawl make for an interesting puzzle!
