obkommenden Praej[u]tanda übergeben worden.

According to the transfer report of 23rd of August, 1879, the special section of this house, consisting of one room, a kitchen, and wood storage area, has been transferred to the son Bernhard Schyscha with princely permission anb No Cent, 2601 et DDir. 4384 [1]879 against fulfilment of the pertinent obligations.

To be precise, the Latin word is "praestanda" (obligations). Compare with the legal term "ad factum praestandum".
