I think this is a copy of my great great grandmother Eydla Chana Sztajnhaur's birth certificate or birth registration but I am not sure. If anyone has the time and ability to translate this I should be very grateful.

1/31/2013 4:55 AM Birth 29 reg. in Chechiny Feb 25, 1843 of Eydla Chana SZTAJNHAUR dau. of Icyk Haim, 21, and Mindla Judkow, 23. Eydla Chana was born Feb 18, 1843.
2/10/2013 12:22 PM All that took place in the Town of Checiny on the twenty-fifth day of February in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-three at the hour of eight in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Icyk Hamis Sztajnhauer of Checiny, the stonecutter twenty-one years of age, accompanied by witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Ira Maka, the szkolnik fifty-seven years of age and Herszel Waizman, the szpitalnik fifty-three years of age, both of them residing in Checiny and showed us babies of both male and female gender, the twins who had been born here in Checiny on the eighteenth day of February of the current year at the hour of seven in the morning to his spouse Mindla the daughter of Judka, twenty-three years of age, whereof the former had been named Perenc, which had happened during the circumcision, and the latter Eydla Chana. The above certificate was read aloud to the appeared and signed by the father and the witnesses.
