I just received this birth record of Fanny Sinsheimer, but it is under the name Springmann.
I can see that her mother's name is here but I can't find the name of her father's name August Sinsheimer.
Her mother, Anna Teichmann was divorced from David Springmann in 1897. I'm guessing she married August Sinsheimer around 1900-02 based on Fanny's birthdate.
I'd be grateful for help in translating this. I can't read the script.

Nr. 32
Crumstadt the 26th of October 1903.
Before the undersigned cCivil Registration Officer appeared today, known personally, the midwife Mrs Magdalena Rencker, residing in Crumstadt, and announced that by the merchant Anna Springmann nee Teichmann, of Jewish religion, residing in Crumstadt, since 9 April 1897 divorced from the merchant David Springmann who is residing in Frankfurt/Main, in Crumstadt in the abovementioned residence on the 24th of October of the year 1903 at 1:30 a.m., a girl was born who obtained the given name Fanny. Mrs Rencker declared that she was present during the delivery by Springmann. One printed word above was struck out.
Read, approved and signed
Magdalene Rencker.
The Civil Registration Officer
Strohauer

Notes:
Anna kept the name Springmann after her devorce. Since her second marriage is not mentioned in this document, she must have married after the birth of Fanny, that is, after October 1903. I assume that the child was legitimized after the marriage.

The birth was registered two days after the fact.

Anna's address is not mentioned, so "the abovementioned residence" does not make sense. I assume that the officer wrote this out of habit, since the address is usually mentioned.

The stuck out word is "Religion", because the midwife's religion is irrelevant.
