All that took place in the City of Czestochowa on the sixth day of June in the year of one thousand eight hundred and fifty at the hour of eleven in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Abram Szacher, the szkolnik deputizing for the local Rabbi, accompanied by Orthodox Jew bearing two names Juda Majer Tuszynski, the widower left behind by his spouse Brona Festenberg deceased in the Town of Leczyca on the twenty-seventh day of September in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight as per death certificate the copy whereof was submitted herewith, thirty years of age, the day-labourer residing in the Town of Ozorkow in Leczyca County,

as well as Orthodox Jew Sora Grynbaum, the maiden twenty-six years of age, born in Czestochowa, living with her parents the tanners, the begotten daughter of a married couple, the Grynbaums, namely Mosiek and Fraydla nee Herszlik, as per birth affidavit, in the absence of birth certificate submitted herewith, and declared in the presence of witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Lewek Sorgenlos, the tanner fifty-four years of age and Layzer Willinger, the stallholder sixty-three years of age, both residing in Czestochowa as well as Mosiek Grynbaum, the father of Sora Grynbaum, that the religious marriage had been entered into on the day before by the maiden Sora Grynbaum and the widower Juda Majer Tuszynski. The marriage had been preceded by a triple calling of banns, i.e. on the fourth, the eleventh and the eighteenth day of May of the current year in the synagogue in Ozorkow as well as the eighteenth and the twenty-fifth day of May and the first day of June of the current year in the local synagogue as per Rabbis’ certificates submitted herewith. No impediments to marriage had occurred and the consent to marriage had been granted by both parties to the contract and Mosiek Grynbaum, the father, present there. The newly-weds declared they had not signed any premarital agreement. At last the above certificate was read aloud to the appeared and signed by all of them.
