This is the death certificate of my great-grandmother Franziska Löwy nee Kohn who perished in Thersienstadt. There is a typo in the document that gives the death year as 1932 when it was really 1942. I would like the last half of the document translated, please.

On  Response
1/10/2013 12:26 AM Type of identity card: Kennkarte
Issued: chief of Police
Attending physician: Dr. Olga Weiss

Franziska Löwy geb. Kohn suffered from intestinal catarrh on the basis of old age (Marasmus senilis)
correct Darmkatarrh (Dramkattarh is a typing error)

Cause of death: heart muscle degenerative disease

Autopsy: Dr. Adalbert Bienenstock

Day and hour of Autopsy: 11th of July 1943, 12:00 h

It is signed by the coroner Dr. Bienenstock and the chief physician. The medical officer's name Dr. Munk is stamped in (Dr. Munk was a member of the so called "Ältestenrat" of Theresienstadt and therefore head of health service)
1/11/2013 11:21 AM Hi - the terms are in both Latin and German and there is one typo:
Krankheit (in Blockschrift) = Illness (in block letters)
Enteritis (Lat.) = enteritis (intestinal inflammation),
Marasmus senilis (Lat.) = weakness of old age [a bit redundant], as Marasmus means weakness of old age and senilis means of old age!,
D[ar]mkatarrh (Germ.) [typo here, letters are reversed] = German version of enteritis,
Alterschwaeche (Germ.) = another term meaning weakness of old age.

Todesursache (in blockschrift) = Cause of death
Myodegeneratio cordis (Lat.) = degeneration of the muscles of the heart, myocarditis
Herzmuskelentartung (Germ.) = German version of the above.
I also posted a response on the SIG. Hope this is what you are looking for.
