This image comes from a Jewish birth record for the town of Budfalu, Maramaros megye (county), Hungary, which is today the town of Budesti, Maramures county, Romania. It is a note written in Hungarian that is on the side of a birth record that was damaged in in the original record book, rendering the child's name unreadable (unfortunately). The note was probably written by the local rabbi who was charged with keeping the birth records, explaining the damage to the book. Please give a full translation of the note. Thanks!
