4/23/2014 9:17 AM This is another letter of indebtedness, probably written by Mr. Trotzky or his clerk and undersigned by the debtor.
It reads:
I certify herewith that I owe Mr. L. Trotzky for a watch,
ten R 50 kop (10 Rubels fifty kopecs) which I have received in ? and am obligated to pay for by May 5, 1890
Libau, May 21, 1890
Signed F. Heinpius?
I hope that this helps,
