I would be grateful if some knowledgeable researcher could translate the Hebrew writing on this matzeva into English.

The good and graceful housewife
Beloved by her husband therefore she died
When still young carried (?) to heaven
Oh! She left her sons as olive shoots
She was a modest woman God fearing a treasure
Tova daughter of Tsvi of blessed memory
Gathere to her people and buried on
Sunday 19th Elul [I can't make out the year]

[Comments]
The firs adjective "tovat khen" is a word play on Tova's name, which literally means "good" and the word khen which means grace in both the religious and non-religious sense, charm, beauty.
The combination "tovat khen" can also be translated as "full of goodness and grace"

The larger letters in the beginnings of lines 1 to 4 create the name TOVA.
