I would be grateful if some knowledgeable researcher could translate the Hebrew writing on this matzeva into English.

12/26/2012 4:29 PM Here lies a treasured and important man the friend Reb Moshe son of the Rabbi Sinai of blessed memory

Moshe went up to the heights (i.e. heaven)on Thursday the 13th of Adar-1 and was buried with great honor on Purim Katan (note: this is the 15th of Adar-1) in the year 5636 (not sure of the last digit--stone is damaged)

(The next part is a poem where the first letters spell out Moshe Mogn....--the stone is broken off at the bottom)
It's poetry about how he was a great guy and will be missed
