1/10/2014 7:51 AM On this, the sixteenth day of the month of March in the year of one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five before me, the Parish Priest from Stryikow, performing the duties of the Civil Registrar of Stryikow Commune in Brzeziny County located in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, personally appeared Orthodox Jew Hersz Szaul Enoch, the bachelor residing with his parents in Stryikow, twenty years of age, the son of Orthodox Jews Szaul Hersz and Rychla, the Henochs residing in Stryikow, as evidenced by the affidavit drawn up before the Mayor of Stryikow on the second day of March, affirmed by Brzeziny County Magistrates’ Court on the fifth day of the same month of the current year and hereby submitted to us, accompanied by his parents whom he had already solemnly asked for consent to his marriage.

Also, personally appeared Orthodox Jew Frymet Faleman, the maiden residing with her parents in Stryikow, twenty- two years of age, the daughter of Orthodox Jews Hersz Laib and Rayza, the Falemans residing in Stryikow, as evidenced by the affidavit drawn up before the Mayor of Stryikow on the second day of March, affirmed by Brzeziny County Magistrates’ Court on the fifth day of the same month of the current year and hereby submitted to us, accompanied by her parents whom she had already solemnly asked for consent to her marriage.

The aforesaid appeared parties insisted that we proceed to solemnize the arranged marriage, the banns for which had been proclaimed in front of our communal house main doors in the following order: the primary proclamation on the sixth and the secondary on the thirteenth day of the month of March of the current year on consecutive Sundays. Since no impediments to the said marriage had occurred and the parents hereby granted their explicit consent to solemnize the marriage,

we asked the bride and groom,

thus acceding ourselves to the demands of the appeared parties, after all the above-mentioned documents were paged through which brought us to a conclusion that all formalities required by law had been accomplished and after all the above- mentioned documents and Section Six of the Civil Code treating of marriage were read aloud to the appeared parties and the witnesses,

whether or not they wished to be joined to each other in a lawful wedlock, whereunto bride and groom replied each of them individually it was their will indeed and we declared in the name of law that Orthodox Jew Hersz Szaul Enoch, the bachelor, and Orthodox Jew Frymet Faleman, the maiden, both of them residing in Stryikow and unrelated to each other, were joined to each other in a lawful wedlock, the certificate whereof was drawn up

in the presence of the following witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Giecel Mozyzesz Lax, the baker thirty-five years of age, Hersz Jakub Lidor, the baker fifty-five years of age, Jozef Jakob Stall, the trader forty years of age, and Hersz Jakub Karp, the fisherman forty-eight years of age, all of them residing in Stryikow,

and was subsequently read aloud to the appeared and signed by myself and the appeared, whereas the other persons mentioned in the actual certificate did not know how to write.
