12/29/2012 11:26 AM All that took place in the Town of Stryikow on the twelfth of February eighteen hundred twelve at four o’clock in the afternoon. An Orthodox Jew Szaul Hersz Henich, the trader aged thirty-seven, residing in the Town of Stryikow, showed up in person before the Parish Priest, the Civil Registrar of the Stryikow Commune located within Brzeziny County in Warsaw Department and showed us a female baby who had been born on the ninth of February of the current year at one o’clock at night in the house at No. one hundred thirty-eight to his spouse Ruchla Giela aged thirty-five, the daughter of Rafal, and declared she was his begotten daughter whom he wished to name Giela. As soon as the above statement was made and the baby was shown in the presence of Michal Bocian, the tailor aged thirty-five and Josek Izakowicz, the trader aged twenty-seven, both residing in Stryikow, the above birth certificate was read aloud to the appeared and signed by ourselves as well as by the other persons mentioned in the above certificate.
