I would like a translation please. This document deals with house ownership. I think part of it came from a last and will and testament. There is a daughter (whose name I can't figure out) who passed the house onto her son Moses Koblenzer.

Thanks!

Excerpt from the will, section 4:

To my daughter Hindl there should be given 200 guilders and the plot above my basement[?] of the house, so that she can build on it according to her own desire and to her enjoyment to be her own until her [??].

The above daughter Hindl transmits and gives to her son Moyses this plot to his own discretion and that he may build as he wishes, without anybody to be able to object.
12/16/2012 10:43 AM ... and the plot above my basement, so that she can build on it a house according to her own desire and to...

moigkeit[?] = ewigkeit
... her enjoyment to be her own until her own end.

The endowed daughter Hindl transmits...

[??] = Willkür
..to his own discretion and
decision so that he may build as he wishes, without anybody to be able to object.

Perhaps the father did only finish the basement up to now OR he had a basement only for the storage e.g. of wine ... (In some areas they had basements underground not connected with the houses)
