12/13/2012 2:42 AM This register containing sixteen sheets listed and signed sheet by sheet by us (i.e. me), President of the Court of First Instance of the district of Mayence (Mainz in German), in accordance with the imperial decree of July 27, 1807, on name changes, presented by the above named decree. Done in Mayence, the 15th October 1807.
